The program is open to new or existing RevGen Networks customers, who are employed by a participating RevGen Networks partner. Existing customers must have an Unlimited Data internet plan or a Universal SIM Card to qualify for the monthly discount.

  • No. The IQMC is a VSIM product, meaning the SIM cards are virtual.

  • If your speeds slow down, or you are getting slow speeds on the IQMC multi-carrier router, it could be due to various reasons such as network congestion, distance from the cell tower, or the number of devices connected. To improve your speed, we recommend unplugging the router and waiting about 5 minutes to plug it back in. This allows the virtual SIM card to be released, and the algorithm to run again to find another bandwidth.   • Yes, you can take your IQMC Multi-Carrier Router to a different location. The router is designed to work anywhere with a compatible network. However, please note that the available network technology and coverage may vary by location, which can affect the router's performance.

  • - The need for a 4G or 5G router depends on your internet usage and the availability of 5G in your area.

    - If you primarily use the internet for basic browsing, email, and social media, a 4G router should suffice.

    - For heavy streaming, gaming, or if you run a home office with multiple devices, a 5G router may be more suitable due to its faster speeds and lower latency.

    - Check to see if 5G is available in your area, as coverage can vary widely, however, urban areas are usually 5G, whereas more remote areas are usually still 4G only.

    -The IQMC 520 routers offer both 4G and 5G capabilities, providing flexibility for users whose internet needs may change, or are on the move.

    Equipment As A Service Program: If you choose to subscribe to our EAAS program (where you pay a monthlyEquipment Fee in lieu of purchasing equipment outright), you agree you do not own the hardware/routerand agree to return the equipment in it's original packaging, along with all the original parts to RevGenNetworks within thirty (30) days of subscription cancellation. If you do not return the hardware, you will becharged the full retail price of the equipment (MSRP).
